Casting means: to the liquid at room temperature for curing the material, but will soon be poured into the particular shape of the mold can wait until the solidified molding processing methods.
Most of the original material was cast as solid but be heated to liquid metal (for example: copper, iron, aluminum), and the mold material can be sand, metal or ceramic. For different requirements, the methods used will be different.
For common cast, the material is ordinary sand, clay, water glass, resins and other supporting materials.
Special casting mold including: investment casting, lost foam casting, metal casting, and ceramic casting.
